Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $42.50/hr to $47.50/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and insurable record
• Universal EPA Certification
• 7+ years of experience as a residential installer
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain organization
• Customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
• Assign tasks and schedule to technicians, coordinating with other departments as necessary
• Manage multiple HVAC installation projects
• Interface with clients to address concerns, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of project details, including work performed, materials used, and labor hours
