Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

We are a $100M in annual revenue HVAC dehumidification products manufacturer and expanding our team in the West Coast.
We are currently hiring a Field Technician to be our expert on the job site, responsible for performing start-up, repair work, and preventative maintenance on our indoor HVAC equipment. You will be required to travel to the job site up to 75% of the time.
You will be involved in both technical and non-technical duties, including (but not limited to) the following:
1. Validation and updating end user contact information
2. Inspection and repair of equipment
3. Documentation of risks and issues from the job sites
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders on the job site
5. Monthly reviews and providing feedback for continuous improvement
6. Availability within 8-10 hours for on-site emergency service
7. Performing 32-point prevention checkups
8. Start-up work

Job Details
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma; HVAC or HRAC Technology; or Building Systems Engineering Diploma
- Min. 2 yrs. of HVAC and Control Systems experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
- 1‐2 years of related design, production, or service experience will be advantageous, but not necessary
- Must have a valid Air Conditioning & Refrigerant recovery certificate/license
- Gas certificate/license will be preferred, but not necessary
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean abstract
- Experience in electrical controls and electro-mechanical components and controls
- Broad knowledge in commercial HVAC, energy recovery, and heat transfer products
- Ability to travel
