Job Title: HVAC In-Home Sales / Comfort Consultant

Location: Charleston, SC.

Compensation: Base + Commission, potential annual earnings $100,000 +

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of customers, presentation times, and seasonality, and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.

What you will be doing:

• Meeting with customers in their homes
• Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs
• Educating customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products
• Clear and concise communication with the company's customers and employees
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Hands-on training on sales process and equipment
• Build long-term successful client relationships

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience
• In-home sales experience in HVAC or similar industry desired
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to use company-furnished technology products
• Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to go where customers' current HVAC equipment is located, attics, crawlspaces, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
