Family Owned and operated Heating and Air Conditioning Company is seeking to add to its growing Retail Sales force.
Looking for Goal minded individuals to meet and present our products to our clients. 
Must have reliable transportation, great attitude, willing to work nights and weekends when the appointments arise. 

Job Title: Consumer Sales Professional

Department: Sales
 
Pay Scale:  Minimum target $100,000 plus compensation opportunity! Base salary, commission, spiffs + benefits

Benefits:

FLSA Status: Exempt Outside Sales
 
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.
 
Primary Job Function: A Consumer Sales Professional's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory.
 
Reports to: Owner 

Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years consultative sales experience
* Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
* Ability to use company-furnished technology products
* Valid driver's license
* Clean, insurable driving record
 
Desired Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in retail sales
* Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
