If you're a dedicated HVAC enthusiast with a knack for brightening a customer's day, we invite you to consider joining us as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including calls, emails, online orders, and in-store visits. Additionally, you'll stay informed about the latest products, inventory, and industry trends through ongoing training, online courses, catalog reviews, and collaborative knowledge-sharing with colleagues and factory representatives.

What You'll Do:

Order Wizardry: Manage sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently.

HVAC Pro: Assist customers with product choices and tech questions, finding alternatives when needed.

Pricing Pro: Keep everything correctly priced and managed.

Product Sleuth:  Research products using catalogs, websites, and industry know-how.

Stay Connected: Follow up promptly on customer requests and build great relationships.

Sales Scout: Identify potential leads for the sales team.

Showroom Magic: Keep the showroom looking fantastic.

Product Knowledge: Never stop learning about HVAC products and industry trends.

Stay Organized: Keep records in order and handle transactions flawlessly.

Build Friendships: Answer calls and greet in-store visitors warmly, handling multiple customers professionally.

Who You Are:

·         You've got 5 years of HVAC Sales experience.

·         High school diploma or GED, plus related experience or training.

·         You're an HVAC expert inside and out.

·         Friendly and great with customers.

·         Team player with excellent multitasking skills.
