HVAC Inside Sales Engineer - HVAC Sales - Base Salary to 100k/year - Middletown, NJ

Our client is a well-established HVAC Manufacturers Representative servicing the commercial and industrial NYC / NJ markets.
They are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Inside Sales Engineer to be based out of their Middletown NJ office (onsite to start; potential for hybrid schedule with 2 remote days after 6 months. + training/performance review).

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support for extensive range of HVAC products and services
Technical proposal development of comprehensive product submittals to ensure accurate and compelling presentations to clients
Sales Presentations to customers to highlight features of HVAC solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed, accurate & up to date customer information in CRM system for customer relationship management
Stay current on industry knowledge to provide cutting-edge technical expertise
Occasionally assist outside sales with project management
Work with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3+ years HVAC inside sales experience in technical sales and/or engineering
Familiarity with HVAC equipment, structure blueprints, and relevant codes
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts related to HVAC systems
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems & adapt to new tools
