Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air, located in Delaware, OH, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Lead HVAC Installation Tech to join our dedicated team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $65,000 per year, with opportunities for additional commission and the potential to earn up to an extra $5.00 per hour, along with other incentives. YOUR SCHEDULE

The typical workday begins around 7:00 or 8:00 am, depending on training or meetings, and continues until all assigned jobs for the day are completed. Participation in an on-call rotation is also required to ensure timely support for our clients.

YOUR DAY

As a Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you will perform high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance work for both residential and commercial clients. You will aim to complete 3 to 5 service calls each day, traveling to various locations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be evident as you arrive on time, complete the job to the highest standards, and leave each work area clean. Additionally, you will document your work with photographs, collect payments, fill out necessary paperwork, and provide mentorship to apprentices, contributing to the overall success of our team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH

• EPA certification
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license

It's not required, but NATE certification would be preferred. A college degree or some trade school would be a bonus!
