Are you an HVAC Install wizard driven to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire?

Your daily routine will include installing HVAC systems efficiently and accurately and working closely with our installation manager, warehouse manager, and installation apprentices to complete jobs on time and under budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• Use your HVAC mastery to install residential HVAC systems and products.

• Build strong customer relationships for sales success.

• Complete all general HVAC install calls.

• Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist

• Meet (or exceed!) revenue goals with expert service.

• Shine as a professional to build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably

• Keep your job sites and company vehicle clean, organized, and inventoried

• Never stop learning, growing, and sharing knowledge by participating in training exercises and morning meetings.

• Handle invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and summary of findings and options sheets efficiently.

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure accurate repairs and installations.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes

• Proven track record in proven track record in heating and cooling systems, including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams

• Organization ninja with follow-through superpowers

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.

• A solo superstar with a passion for team triumphs!

Qualifications*

• Valid EPA Universal license? Check!

• 1 year of experience with the NexStar Service System? Awesome!

• Clean Driving Record? Let's Roll!

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
