Pay Range: $28-$35/hr. for W2 employees / Flat Rate per job for 1099 contractors

Position Overview:

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping

Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC installation

Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Must have general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance (for 1099 contractors)

Boiler experience is required
