Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installer Manager to ensure that all HVAC units, equipment, ductwork, IAQ products, and accessories are professionally installed according to the manufacturer's spec and code in the San Antonio, TX area. This installation management position earns a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time management position works the typical schedule of 7:30 am - 8:00 pm, 7 days a week. Management must be available to service customers and installers at any given time.

As an HVAC Installer Manager, you lead a team of installers in completing various assigned jobs. Leading by example, you inspire your team to take pride in their work and produce quality results that leave our clients satisfied. Your organization skills come into play as you ensure that all materials for job costing/PO's are in place for analysis. With your coaching skills, each installer works hard and knows what they need to do to accomplish team goals!
