As an HVAC Installer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support HVAC Company located in Kitsap County. In this HVAC Installer role, you'll enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $40 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/.  Responsibilities: * Read Blueprints, Layouts and Equipment / Part Replacement Schematic * Ability to Comply with Rules, Codes, Regulations and Guidelines. HVAC Equipment, Furnace, Mini-split, Heat Pump, Air Conditioning * Complete a Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Run Line-Set, Brazing, Filter Rack, Air Cleaner. Charge System and Start and Test. * Run Hard Pipe and Flex Gas Piping. * Pressure Test Maintenance, Repair, Diagnose and Troubleshoot all makes and models  Qualifications: * Washington State journey level 06a or 06b license. * Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical aptitude * Problem solving skills. 3 or more years as HVAC installer. * Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools. * Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces. * Strong communication skills & ability to maintain a professional appearance. * Must possess your own tools to work with.
