HVAC Installer - Speer Air

Speer Air is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Installer to install heating and air conditioning systems as well as generator-related equipment. Our HVAC Installers typically work a flexible schedule with mandatory Saturdays from April to September. This HVAC technician position comes with a starting competitive wage, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

• Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors, etc.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job, as needed.
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by needs.
• Candidate will be responsible for the delivery and removal of all equipment needed to complete the job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Represents Speer Air in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, loyalty, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Willing to work hard and is a dedicated, team player who can ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous HVAC installation experience
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems
• Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to handle working from heights or small crawl spaces
