HVAC Installer - Service Technician - ALCO HVAC Plumbing & Gas

ALCO HVAC Plumbing & Gas of Fredericksburg, VA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installer - Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to thoroughly troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install their heating and cooling systems up to code. Our HVAC Installers - Service Technicians earn$18.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience. HVAC Technicians are also eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, sick leave, accrued paid time off (PTO), a take-home truck, a tool account, and uniforms. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years or more of verifiable HVAC work experience
• EPA certification
• A valid driver's license and can qualify for company insurance policy
• Knowledge of the operations/functions of residential heating and air conditioning equipment
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Five years of experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! Do you know how to use a computer tablet, smartphone, read a map, and/or follow a GPS?
