Alliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-time HVAC Install
Technician in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing
Install/Construction team.
This individual will be responsible for the installation of duct work
and other associated HVAC systems, such as conventional ducted and
mini-split systems, rooftop units, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration
equipment.
Job Summary:
The HVAC Install Technician will be responsible for performing
installations, routine maintenance, and inspections associated with HVAC
systems as part of an HVAC Installation Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functions necessary to run the field portion of HVAC
Installation jobs
- Keep open communication with General Contractor on the job and
Project Manager
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Maintain daily logs up to date and request signatures for any extra
work/change orders
- Communicate with Project Manager regarding progression of projects
- Oversee use of PPE equipment on job as required
- Maintain Company Vehicle
- Competencies:
- Strong communication skills

- Ethical conduct
- Organization skills

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry
License/Certifications
- Valid Drivers License required
- Valid EPA License preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Gas License preferred (or willing to obtain)
