HVAC Lead Installation Technician - One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
