Your New Role 

As an HVAC Technician, you won’t just punch a clock; you’ll be a key player in keeping homes across Birmingham comfortable, safe, and energy efficient. You’ll bring your expertise to every job site, handling both installations and repairs, ensuring every system runs flawlessly. You’ll also serve as the go-to for diagnostics, making critical decisions and communicating them clearly to the team and our valued customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• On-Site Operations: Drive to job sites, coordinate with the team, and ensure everything is ready to go for HVAC installations and repairs.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Conduct thorough diagnostics on HVAC units, document your findings, and write up recommendations for repair or replacement.
• Communication & Approval: Communicate with the office and clients to get project approvals quickly, keeping everything moving smoothly.
• Installation Expertise: Install new HVAC systems and components, collaborating with your team to ensure everything is done right the first time.
• System Testing: Test systems post-installation, troubleshooting any issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance plans, ensuring HVAC systems stay in peak condition for our clients.
• Customer Interaction: Build trust with our customers through your professionalism, expertise, and clear communication.

• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Able to work on residential units
• Valid driver's license and Clean driving record
• Must have no felonies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
