Work Hours: 4/10's M-TH or T-F with overtime opportunities.

Pay Rate: $26.00/hr.-$38.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of related HVAC experience
• 1-year minimum furnace/forced air experience
• 1-year minimum AC/refrigeration experience
• 1 year minimum of residential experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Customer Service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
• Insurable driving record
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
• Demonstrated organizational skills: site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc.
• High School Diploma

Qualifications Desired:

• 2 Years minimum ductwork/sheet metal fabrication
• 2 Years minimum hot water piping installation experience
• Able to lay out projects and design basic systems - new construction, remodel/restoration
• High-End Custom Home Experience
• Journeyman License
