Job description:
- Installing, adding on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Teaching and instructing Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas.
- Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating with homeowners.
The Requirements
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License & Must have a driver's license for three years or longer.
- 2+ Years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market.
