Although our benefits package is top-of-the-line, what you'll really love is earning generous pay for your experience. You will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, with additional commission and bonus opportunities that can significantly boost your earnings.

THE HVAC LEAD INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Can you meet the following qualifications?

• 2+ years of residential or commercial installer experience
• EPA Refrigerant Containment certification
• Valid Georgia state driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to commute to work to pick up the company truck and go to residential and commercial jobs
• Reliable transportation
• Having a NATE certification, the knowledge and experience of installs, and how to lead a helper are a plus!

Applicants who don't have the experience required will be considered for a helper position!
