We are a State Certified and Licensed Company. Our headquarters is in Broward County and we've been keeping South Florida cool since 1995. We seek a responsible and experienced AC Maintenance Technician - HVAC (Refrigeration is a plus) to start immediately. Must have hands-on field experience in residential and light commercial maintenance. Sales experience is a plus. Must be available on Saturdays.

Qualifications:
- Experience - 3+ years of hands-on field experience in HVAC Maintenance
- Education - High School or GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Primary Job Function:
- Perform maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems (residential & light commercial) to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
- Installation jobs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC Maintenance experience.
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems.
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- Strong knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting communicating systems
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company.
- Willingness to invest time in in-service training seminars and classes.
- Comfortable working with smartphones and tablets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- HVAC maintenance technicians will perform system maintenance on customers' HVAC systems and ensure that they are highly satisfied.
- Installation and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC equipment (air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless split, etc.).
- Perform maintenance of equipment following company policies and manufacturer's specifications.
- Safely work with heights and in tight working conditions from extension and step ladders.
- You should have the ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
- You should have the ability to use safe lifting procedures and the ability to use a full range of body motions: climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending, and twisting.
- Keep company van clean with necessary inventory stocked.
- Must have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and pass a background check.
- Properly complete paperwork and update records.
- Maintain a clean (well-groomed) and professional appearance.
- Participate in training so that you can grow and develop as a professional.
