HVAC Mechanic - First Shift - Ameresco

Ameresco has a new opportunity for an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our Operations Team based in Washington, DC. First Shift Position - Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00AM - 2:30 PM. Responsibilities: + Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, commercial refrigeration, boilers, and boiler room related equipment. + Conduct equipment readings critical for operations, efficient performance, maintenance history, and reporting. + Complete internal & external inspections of boilers, burners, boiler rooms, chillers, HVAC and associated controls. + Perform inspections and preventive equipment maintenance. + Provides clear, accurate, customer-focused verbal & written communication. + Ensures top quality service in a timely, efficient, & customer-focused manner. + Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards and protocols. + Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: + Trade school or Vocational High School Degree. + Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia Journeyperson's HVAC License. + Minimum 5 years applicable experience. + Types II and III CFC Certification.
