This position earns a competitive wage of $25 per hour plus bonuses, based on experience. After the training period is completed, this position may graduate to a salaried position with bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
As an HVAC Service Administrator, you support our HVAC Service Team by assisting the team in responding to customer inquiries, helping schedule services or maintenance calls, making outgoing calls to maintain customer accounts or update them on scheduling. You will learn the critical functions related to equipment vendor relationships, parts and inventory administration, permitting, warranty registration, customer support, maintenance-related outreach, and will be trained on Service Titan software. You enjoy using your skills to help both our customers, our technicians, and interact directly with our owners and managers in providing solutions and helping to improve our operations!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Demonstrated work history showing dedication to your prior employers with ability to provide prior work referrals upon request
- 1 + year of Customer Related Service Experience with excellent customer service skills
- Office administrative and management experience
- Experience with customers solutions software
- Professional phone experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hard working and dedicated to your team
- Organized, detail-oriented, strong time management skills
- Desire to learn and grow with a positive mindset toward advancement
