Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Execute service and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose a range of equipment and system issues to make effective repair and replacement decisions.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service and maintain professional relationships with our customers.

Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications:

• Min of 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• EPA certification is preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
