HVAC Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC systems to manage projects across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, educational facilities, and recreation centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle HVAC projects from planning through execution across various industries, including schools, manufacturing plants, aquatic centers, distribution hubs, and high-tech facilities.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, humidity control systems, steam, chilled water, gas piping, and compressors.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, providing technical expertise as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC or a related industry.
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience with critical HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, steam, and humidity control.
- Strong knowledge of design-build processes for commercial and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects in various sectors such as distribution centers, science and technology centers, manufacturing plants, and public facilities.
