About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a diverse range of projects, including commercial and industrial (a fair mix). If you bring 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, etc.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
• Proficiently handle HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
• Experience with automation and controls is a bonus
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and all commercial equipment. 

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Solid project budgeting skills
• Expertise in HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
• Knowledge of automation and controls 
• Someone who is a natural leader, capable of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
