HVAC/R Service Technician - Gpac

Successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience servicing, repairing and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning; refrigeration systems; and heat pump systems. Will possess an EPA Universal Certification.

Knowledge of refrigeration systems. Boiler and chiller repair experience is required.

Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.

Reliable, dependable workers with an attention to detail and the ability to follow direction, who are interested in a long-term career in the HVAC/R trades are encouraged to apply. 

Safe work practices, efficiency, and meeting target goals are of prime importance. Professional & interpersonal skills are required. Respect customers, vendors, and other contractors in an ethical and professional manner. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively.

Must possess a valid driver’s license. The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, within a diverse team is very important.

Must be able to read, write and understand technical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, engineering sequences, and building plans. Must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, end-users, and all building trades. Must be able to safely access construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other areas where equipment might be.

Other duties as assigned. Wage commensurate with experience and certification.
