Position Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer
service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role includes managing phone calls, scheduling
appointments, processing payments, and supporting the administrative team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist with customer inquiries, mail distribution, and internal payroll.
Maintain license renewals.
Manage office supplies and maintain a presentable reception area.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.
Accounting and payroll a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Success Factors:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Experience in Service Titan
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to quickly resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
