HVAC Retro/AC Installer - Steel T Home Services

• Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying improper installation and code problems on equipment.
• Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents, and ductwork.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.
• Being responsible for the protection of the homeowner’s home during the installation.
• Cleaning up the job site when completed.
• Maintaining service truck.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.
• Doing complete walk-thru of new installation with the homeowner on operation, performance, set up, and maintenance required.

• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Retro Installer, and willing to continue education in the HVAC field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends..
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• EPA 608 qualified.
• Nate is certified or willing to get certified.
