Compensation: $29.12/hr to $44.71/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, we have opportunities for a 4 or 5-day work week!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 3+ years' experience with residential and commercial HVAC retrofit
• Willingness to travel to the service area
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to comply with all safety rules
• Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC system retrofits, upgrades, and replacements in residential and commercial settings
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing HVAC systems to identify retrofit opportunities
• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in HVAC systems, providing effective solutions
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all retrofitting activities
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
