YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES ADVISOR

This position is full-time. You must be able to work evenings and/or weekends at the customer's convenience.

Because of you, our company continues to grow and succeed. You're a vital member of our team as you meet with customers and inform them about our services and systems. Always staying updated on the latest products and services, you proactively drive profitability through in-home sales. With great organizational skills, you effectively schedule sales appointments according to your availability.

Always friendly, you cheerfully greet customers upon arrival and show great concern for their needs. You listen carefully to their heating and air conditioning issues and concerns while conducting a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of the client's property. After assessing the situation, you pitch the perfect system to the customer that will effectively solve their problems. Once you've closed a deal, you have the client fill out the necessary paperwork. You're passionate about helping our customers live more comfortably while also achieving your monthly sales objectives!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HVAC SALES ADVISOR

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• In home sales in construction / HVAC or similar industry
• Able to consult with customers in their homes
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and some Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient with computers skills
• Basic prior knowledge of general building methods, insulation, HVAC, and energy-efficient upgrades
• Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills!
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and listen, SALES come from listening to the customer and SOLVING their problems
• Ability to handle objections
• Able to physically crawl in tight spaces, specifically in hot attics, for about 15-20 minutes at a time, 2-3 times per day
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per day
• Service Tital knowledge preferred but not required
