HVAC Sales Representative - Metro Mechanical, LLC

We are seeking an HVAC Sales Representative in the Hattiesburg, MS area who shares our passion for delivering top-notch results and leaving a lasting impression on our customers!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fostering relationships to generate new business and hunt for new customers
• Handling renewals on service agreements while growing the current customer base
• Working with existing clients to quote and make recommendations for repairs and replacements on equipment
• Accurately estimating costs and providing detailed proposals to clients
• Analyzing plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Reviewing contracts and negotiate pricing with clients and vendors
• Preparing comprehensive proposals that outline scope, schedule, and cost breakdowns
• Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
• 1+ years of HVAC Industry experience
• High School diploma or GED
