Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Technician position include:
5+ years of HVAC sales experience with a focus on residential projects.
Proven track record or interest in generating new business through door-to-door, digital, and database marketing.
Ability to work independently to drum up leads and manage client relationships; installations not required.
Orlando-based candidate required to check in to the main office each day and collaborate with a small, dedicated team.
Skilled in consultative sales with a results-oriented mindset to close high-profit jobs.
Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with potential earnings from a base salary and commission structure.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 base per year, commensurate with experience, plus 10% of gross profit on sales.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including mileage reimbursement, gas card, optional health insurance reimbursement, and an annual bonus.
