Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Dispatcher who will be managing our technicians' schedules to conduct service calls in the most efficient manner possible to maximize time and profitability. Respond to inbound calls from clients, understand their needs, and correctly and effectively schedule work orders. Review technician paperwork for accuracy and communicate effectively with managers, techs, and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Take initiative, think quickly, adapt to, and implement changes to the schedule, and communicate those changes to all parties affected while maintaining an upbeat and professional attitude.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm during peak season
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hour depending on experience + spiffs
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of dispatching for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar industry
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
- Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HVAC CRM
