Your New Role

As the HVAC Service Dispatcher, you’re the organizational powerhouse that keeps our team on point and our customers satisfied. Key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently scheduling technicians and installers to optimize productivity
• Strategically prioritizing service calls to ensure timely responses
• Monitoring and updating the field team’s status for seamless operations
• Managing installation folders, customer history files, and essential information flow

• Experience: 2+ years in service dispatch, HVAC experience is a plus
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and note-taking ability, with proper phone etiquette
• Computer Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Multi-tasking Abilities: Skilled in handling multi-line telephones and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and awareness of customer needs
• Languages: Bi- or multi-lingual is a plus
• Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
