- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC equipment.
- Adhere to Matrix HVAC standards, guidelines, and regulations, including safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inform clients of maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer training programs.
- Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role (we'll teach you the Matrix HVAC way!).
- EPA Certification is required.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry advancements.

- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed, with weekends off!
- Various residential and commercial sites across SoCal, San Diego, Riverside, and Orange counties. Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
