HVAC Service Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 140k/year - Glen Burnie, MD

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company handling service and preventative maintenance, has an immediate need for an HVAC Service Manager to oversee the Service Team operating out of the Glen Burnie, MD office. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the HVAC Service Manager will lead a Service Team of around 15 people who are responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for customer service, creating accountability for the technicians, and handling technical support. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for training technicians on technical issues and customer service, as well as hiring and growing the department. The HVAC Service Manager will also create relationships with large clients as well as work with the sales team to close deals and make sure accounts are profitable.

Qualifications:

• Requirements for this role include at least 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with some experience in leadership. Candidate should have a strong in-depth understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, and the ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and control circuits. Must have excellent leadership, customer service and general sales skills.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position will include a base salary in the 110k - 140k/year range, plus bonus. Also included will be a car allowance.
