Job Description:

1. Install, alter and repair sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods for HVAC systems utilizing blueprints, drawings and work orders.
2. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair or replace components on various air conditioner units' chillers, rooftop units, wet and dry side systems.
3. Will be working along other HVAC Installers troubleshooting and repairing A/C and ventilation systems.
4. Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems.
5. Responsible for plumbing tasks associated with HVAC.
6. Working with a property manager in commercial and residential spaces. Ability to interact with tenants in occupied spaces identify source or issue.

Must Haves:

1. Commercial/ Residential HVAC and sheet metal experience.
2. Verifiable experience and HVAC certification.
3. Experience in sheet metal installation and fabrication.
4. Able to perform general physical activities common to the HVAC trade.
5. Valid driver's license with transportation
