What You'll Do:
HVAC Sales Specialist: Leverage your expertise in HVAC systems to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their comfort and efficiency.
Relationship Builder: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience that fosters repeat business and referrals.
Solution-Oriented Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently, presenting clients with effective solutions while highlighting additional service opportunities.
HVAC System Expert: Maintain and repair HCAC systems in a residential setting, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Sales Advocate: Promote our products and services during every interaction, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Customer Care Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing professional follow-up.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and service details, facilitating clear communication and follow-up for potential sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Expertise: At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification.
- Licenses: Valid, clean driver's license.
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in diverse conditions, including tight spaces and heights, with the stamina and dexterity necessary for the job.
