We specialize in plumbing and HVAC services and are currently seeking a driven individual with a North Carolina HVAC license to join us as an HVAC Service Technician & Manager. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to not only perform fieldwork but also to spearhead the growth and development of our HVAC department. Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional on-call

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs + Performance-Based Bonuses. You can be making on average $90 - $120k yearly.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screening
• NC HVAC license
• 8+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• NATE Certified - preferred
• Previous managerial experience is preferred
• Great attitude and a strong desire to grow the business!
