Your New Role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Installing new HVAC equipment.
• Providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every system runs at peak performance.

• EPA Certificate (Type 1 and 2)
• Advanced HVAC troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of service experience (sales experience is a bonus)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Willingness to work in basements and crawl spaces, with some on-call nights and weekends
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
