Your New Role: The HVAC Hero!
As a vital part of our team, you'll be the go-to expert for a range of HVAC services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving our clients by addressing their comprehensive HVAC needs with expertise.
• Keeping clients' homes spotless by wearing floor savers and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Clearly explaining the services you're performing and showcasing the superior quality of our work.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems with precision.
• Inspecting and testing systems for safety and operability, ensuring optimal function.
• Conducting heat loss/heat gain calculations for perfect system sizing.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals through exceptional customer rapport and service.
• Performing thorough inspections to prevent future issues and using the Pricing Guide accurately.
• Promoting club memberships and maintaining a high conversion and renewal rate.
• Keeping your work truck in pristine condition, making it a moving billboard for our brand.
• Following our Code of Ethics and Team Rules, and always prioritizing safety on the job and the road.
• Participating in all training and team-building activities.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience (required)
• EPA License (required)
• Self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Must pass random drug testing
• Understanding of the current regulations within the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment
• Must be able to climb ladders and crawl in attics and tight spaces and lift up to 50lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
