**HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:**
- Service, repair, and maintain Commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Perform thorough inspections to identify and diagnose issues accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on job sites

**HVAC Service Technician Essential Job Functions:**
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty HVAC parts and components
- Install and commission HVAC equipment according to specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to enhance system efficiency
- Document all service activities, including parts used, repairs performed, and recommendations

**HVAC Service Technician Skills:**
- 5+ years of experience servicing Commercial HVAC equipment (Refrigeration experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately
- Proficient in repairing and replacing HVAC parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Benefits:**
