Salary: $22-$42 per hour
Job Summary:
Accurate Air, Inc. is currently seeking HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and fabricating sheet metal components for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Working Foreman to lead the team and Install ductwork, fittings, and other sheet metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Fabricate sheet metal components using hand and power tools, including shears, and brakes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and design requirements.
- Measure and cut sheet metal to size, ensuring accuracy and precision in all installations.
- Install and secure ductwork, fittings, and other components using appropriate fasteners and techniques.
- Seal joints and connections using sealants and insulation materials to prevent air leaks and ensure system efficiency.
- Test installed systems for proper operation and performance, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as an HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman.
- Must possess a NH Gas Fitters License. Preferred
- Must possess a MA Sheet Metal License. Preferred
- EPA and OSHA certification Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including shears, brakes, and welding equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Operation of machinery including man lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
