Responsibilities of a HVAC Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Respond to emergency HVAC issues to minimize downtime and maintain a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall safety and functionality of the facility.
• Monitor and manage HVAC system performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications of a HVAC Technician:

• HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
• HVAC Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is required.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques and equipment operation
