Your New Role:
As an HVAC Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of our service operations, ensuring top-tier maintenance and demand service work on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork. Your mission: deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding our company’s high standards. You’ll be the go-to expert for:
- Performing all levels of residential and light commercial HVAC repairs with minimal assistance.

- Must hold a current EPA Certification and a TDLR Technician Card.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven proficiency in residential and light commercial HVAC repairs and maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating positive client experiences.
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively with fellow technicians and support staff.
- High level of honesty and integrity in all professional dealings.
- Availability to work a full work week, including potential overtime as needed.
- Willingness to travel within our service area, including Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, San Marcos, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and North San Antonio.
