Your new role:

• Meet with homeowners to diagnose and repair HVAC systems or installs
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Train junior team members and share your expertise
• Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them in the loop
• Order and maintain equipment to ensure the job is done right
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes
