- Install heating and cooling system upgrades in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform service and maintenance on existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure systems operate at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-end homes, maintaining professionalism and respect for the client's property.
- Keep accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
- Work with minimal supervision, using independent decision-making and technical skills to complete tasks.
- Use equipment, materials, tools, and time responsibly and effectively.
- Stay aware of safety concerns, adhere to safety practices, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in HVAC service and installation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and using power and hand tools.
- Customer Service: Experience working in high-end residential settings, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Construction Knowledge: Understanding of building codes and blueprints, with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions relevant to the trade.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy equipment (minimum of 50 lbs.), climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude toward completing all assigned work.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
- Service Titan: Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Primarily based within our service area, with travel required for various projects. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
