Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician at Gudorf, your day-to-day will include:

• Reading and interpreting job estimates and paperwork to ensure accurate installations and service.
• Installing both conventional and ductless mini-split HVAC systems, including system start-ups.
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked company vehicle and providing on-the-job training as needed.
• Keeping detailed logs of tasks and adhering to appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
• Addressing and resolving customer questions with exceptional service.

• Experience in HVAC installation and service, particularly with conventional ductless systems and mini-splits.
• Proficiency in reading job estimation paperwork and maintaining detailed logs.
• Compliance with appliance standards, OSHA regulations, and commitment to quality customer service.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license and EPA Universal certification.
• Additional Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S., able to pass a background check and drug test, and commute daily to Jasper, IN.
