Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Boiler/Chiller Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and ductwork. You will work closely with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
• Modify and design ductwork as needed.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
• Maintain high precision and attention to detail in all work.
• Lead and guide junior technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Boiler/Chiller Service Technician.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, ductwork modifications, and design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic and a stable work history.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
