Primary Skills: Handyman, HVAC, and Plumbing

Responsibilities:

• Repairing gas leaks and water leaks
• Performing small plumbing fixes
• Cleaning and tuning combustion appliances
• Installing dryer vents
• Repairing flue pipes
• Repairing and cleaning chimney bases
• Conducting other major health and safety tasks
• Handling small electrical repairs

Qualifications:

• Strong handyman skills
• HVAC knowledge
• Plumbing expertise
• Experience in gas leak and water leak repairs
• Ability to work on combustion appliances
• Familiarity with dryer vent installation
• Skills in flue pipe repair
• Knowledge of chimney base repair and cleaning
• Understanding of health and safety protocols
• Capability to tackle small electrical repairs

Requirements:

• Clean background check
• Valid driver's license
